yup. Carshape added to first post, and Singapore added. Malmedy - where's the MP4/8 from?

I think Slick tyres - they just look better to me - anybody disagree?

stick with it!! I've not painted since the GP3 days... GP4 can't be done as easily in MS Paint :p (Currently battling with photoshop)

@Neoliot, how did you get such nice smooth lines on your car? I was hoping for some kind of spline tool in photoshop... no such luck unfortunately :(

Nice :) Added you to the list

Japan car coming on nicely - tbh, I'm pleased people like truecrysis are having a go at painting. yes it takes time to learn and to get it right, but it's those failed attempts that make the process so rewarding :)

BTW - what is the general opinion on track choice? should we go for an f1 style calendar, or pick and choose? I think it would be nice to visit as many countries that are entered as possible...

OK. I'll start making a list of what tracks we could use based on nations...

@truecrysis - no worries if you can't get it done - I can paint (to a certain level) and possibly some of our other more experienced painters might be able to help out if needs be. The main thing is you're having a go :)

Here is the Japan car as it stands at the moment... lots of work still to do. Going to add some japanese script to the sidepods or engine cover - possibly another red stripe to the top of the engine cover

been a while since i painted - last thing i painted for GP4 was this (done in MS Paint in about 2004)

yeah, i was thinking more gold.. I'm still jealous though - looks very nice :)

First ingame shot of the japan car (wrong tyres, and wrong helmet position, but hey)

I've just sent Lee a PM about using some of his tyres... i would have posted this info from the official GPGNC account... only i've forgotten the user details already!!

Which shape is that NeoLiot? If you'd like, would you want to paint the Belgian car on that shape?

This is the official news account for our league - run by myself (harjinator), and details will be given out in due course to those helping with admin and other stuff (keeping that under wraps for the time being until i've had a proper 1-2-1 chat with those in question)

Initial Calendar ideas:

1: Melbourne or Adelaide, Australia
2: Suzuka, Japan
3: Interlagos, Brazil
4: Barcelona, Spain
5: Istanbul, Turkey
6: Spa, Belgium
7: Sepang, Malaysia
8: Monza, Italy
9: Indianapolis, USA
10: Montreal, Canada
11: Zandvoort, Netherlands
12: Singapore, SIngapore

Other tracks - Rolling Hills? Laguna Seca? Surfer's Paradise?

The Other 7 rounds are to be decided. I would like to visit Sinapore, seeing as we have a Singapore competitor, but i'm not sure what versions are available (obviuosly we can't use Jcaranti's version since he doesn't want his tracks used in leagues, which is fair enough). A Monaco round might be fun, and a British round at silverstone. Which leaves 5 tracks to be decided

Slicks it is then =)
Also i think we should definitely have a monaco round, and maybe some of the more obscure tracks to make the nations cup different from others.

Btw im also willing to help paint cars, just pm me =)

I'd like a bit in the style of the Montenegro one you painted. Colours Black-Yellow-Red. I thrust your good taste actually, I would be happy if you can make something beatiful out of it.

And can my shape be changed in the first post?
