Surely someone helping people to keep tracks up to date by using their own time to add a few new tex files doesn't deserve to be called stupid - maybe just point out that he could say who's track he has up-dated - also considering his English isn't very good I'm sure a better choice of words could have been used. Maybe it's just me but anyone using their time to make anything better for this game - free of charge - and saving other people's time deserves some credit

you should read the ReadMe of the base track to see who to contact.

btw, its the same for Melbourne as well.

Please remove the links until it is sorted out.

Maybe it's harsh, but what he has done with the textures is nothing compared to what the original author has done creating the whole track - simply to see his name be removed because this person is too lazy to find out from who it came, nor asking permission for it.

theres heaps of tracks released for gp4, which just edit the original track with new textures, and then the person who made the new textures claims the track as their own yet permission was never asked to modify the original track, and they had nothing to do with building the track layout, yet they still claim it as their own. maybe shanghai shouldnt be released by this person if it was scratch made, but melbourne is ok, otherwise the track that he modified it from should also be deleted from public websites, as it leeched of an already made track with no permission.

You guys are much too hard in this forum. give people a go, and if you dont like the way they are doing something, explain it in a nice way. and by PM.
