cleaning out my gp4 registry?

anyone know how to clean out my gp4 registry?

i want to reinstall my patch again over gp4...

In windows i went to "Run"
Typed in regedit
Select "Hkey_local_machine"
Then "software"
Then "infogrames"
Then delete GP4

Reboot the pc then install Gp4 and then the patch
