Not those AA guy's again, everythime i go there they force you to tell youre name, whats so frickin anonymous bout that ? HUHH? If somebody knows pls tell, cuz i dont understand it at all :p

Until I'm told differently, Ben Johnson will be promoted to the MPR race seat and Monil Santilal will be moved to the test seat.

Ben will keep the points he has already scored in the testers league of course.

Give some random tester one race at your team so Ben can secure the testers championship and then put Ben in the racecar.

Copeman Rocked by Elleker Decision

Christel VXR boss Chris Copeman is said to be deeply upset and hurt by the decision of apparent new signing Jack Elleker to pull out of racing for the new team simply two days after being revealed. Elleker was revealed earlier in the week alongside VSM boss Ricardo Van Smirren and Chris Copeman had commented that he was hopeful of a good first season with what he thought was a good driver lineup.

After revealing the news via the teams website Copeman stated that "Yes this is hurtful. Jack had made a commitment to driving for us next year. He said he would do it and so we thought we had a driver lineup sorted, I think this makes the team looks very silly. It was also because Jack signed on that I knew I could move to VSM. Now in a lot of ways we are back to square one. He claims to have had a better offer, but he had made a commitment. I must say that my experience of being a team owner in the GPGSL has not been a good one so far and I am only glad that this is not the way that all people conduct themselves.I can only thank Juliano, Mirko and Rico for their honesty and enthusiasm."

When asked about what would happen now that the team had another slot open Copeman simply said, "I don't know at the moment. We need to go back to the drawing board. I am glad that we have drivers on board that we can trust in Mirko, Juliano and Rico and I look forward to working with them next year. We need to have a serious look at who is out there and whether they are going to be 100% committed. I invite anybody interested in a drive to contact me."

Ahm, I'm confused now, to be honest.
Both Chris and Jack confirmed the team change for next season. Doesn't that mean that you have a valid contract? In my understanding, Jack can't drop out of it that easy. Or did I get anything wrong with that? I didn't sign any offer yet, because I still have various options. If it'd be that easy to get out of a valid contract again, I'd have made something wrong, obviously, apart from that behavior not being very fair to team owners.

That was my understanding. If it was that easy to do surely everybody would be moving after every race weekend when they got a 'better offer'. My disappointment is simply that I thought the deal had been done. As you say, the announcement had been made from both sides.

Excerpt from interview with Matin Brundel

"As a new team owner myself, I completely understand the frustration Chris [Copeman] must be feeling.
It is very difficalt to attract drivers to a new team, as I have found out myself, but when you do finally
sign a young tallent, you expect them to be there for longer than 2 days."

Relax, I've got this - I'm a law student (admittedly, I'm an Accoutancy and Finance student - but I've done contract law and know exactly what's going on).
