Great result for myself, 5th and gained 11 places as Stefan said, and Charrel did a great race too until the contact, lack of luck mate.

Got my eyes on second spot in the championship! Would be a descent first season for me

Team principal Stuart Ingers issued a short statement to the press gathering at the Indianapolis Motor Speedway today.
"Former World Champion John Warrington will take over race duties from Adam Davies as of the US Grand Prix. Davies will be testing alongside team principal, Stuart Ingers."

Copeman pleased after Adelaide
VSM driver Chris Copeman was in an upbeat mood as he left the Adelaide paddock. Copeman has now finished inside the points in both of his first two races as a race driver and said that the experience was teaching him a considerable amount. "I am really pleased...Both myself and John [Maverick] are learning the ropes quickly and the car is competitive. It's no secret that my race career will be end when Christel VXR enter next year but these races will help me gain experience to use a team manager. I can only thank Van Smirren Motorsports for the opportunity, I'm loving it at the moment"
When asked about whether there was likely to be any news concerning the final driver slot at Christel VXR for next year Chris responded cautiously. "I don't think there will be any news yet. We have put some feelers out and made our interests known. I said when we announced Juliano Muller that if we could sign the driver we were looking at it would be seen as a coup and I still stand by that. I would say we have a small chance of it happening at the moment, but it is still a chance and that's encouraging."
