[RELEASED] Rain filters

Here is to show something I have working on since yesterday evening, the package has been ready since then but I will do some final tests with it and the relase will be tomorrow.so here are some screenies I'm sure you can see the difference to the original gp4, hopefully you will like

no sadly they don't move but as there is normal rain from gp4 and with wind effect with gp4tweaker it doesn't matter at all.

ah there still good either way and would look nice on screenies for the gpgnc

yes it's and screenshots don't make justice for how it looks in game but tomorrow you guys can feel it
