What old yellow one? GP4 vanilla uses an lcd display on the steering wheel doesn't it? So I'll assume that there is another panel installed. Open gpx_patch, select the CInfo tab, and de-select the panel.

Nope, I believe he means the default GP4 speedometer. You can disable it by unchecking Arcade (or TV, I never remind) Layer in ingame options.

It comes with GPxPatch.exe, which you should using already (lots of benefits).
