i added a new speedometer the blue one with throttle and break (you know)
but how do i remove the old yellow one?

What old yellow one? GP4 vanilla uses an lcd display on the steering wheel doesn't it? So I'll assume that there is another panel installed. Open gpx_patch, select the CInfo tab, and de-select the panel.

Nope, I believe he means the default GP4 speedometer. You can disable it by unchecking Arcade (or TV, I never remind) Layer in ingame options.

LOL, I only have mirrors enabled so it's been ages since I've seen it.

Where I can download the blue Speedometer?

It comes with GPxPatch.exe, which you should using already (lots of benefits).
