According to me, this is not 100% true yet. Even though it'll probably be after Zandvoort FP.
At this moment the gap is 30, with 2x 15 to earn. In an absolute scenario this would be a gap of nothing, a tie on 140 points.
Ruben needs to earn two more 'wins' for it which makes that both drivers will have four first places during the season.
When it's equal on that way you'll have to look at whom earned the most second places during FP's, Ruben would win this one and therefore become tester champion.
