Well, Stuart, let me explain. I put the commentary, of course, on a humorous way. I'm not sad, but nobody wants to sell the team for me. After write this, I saw the PM by Randy for me. Then, I decided to continue, if I get a slot to put my team on championship.

I won't to be test driver again. My plans are: run or manage a team. If Randy agrees to sell the team for me and GPGSL agrees to inscribe One Racing, so, I'll manage my team!!

Maikel (Snake)'s Team can't take you on. DXR pulled out therefore Snake Motorsport is counted as a new entry with no ties from the DXR team. Sorry mate. I was faced with a tough decision there.

To the Mods

Byron announced you had bought DFR, then he later posted that sale was off and that his team was for sale again. So what happened Rod?

Stuart, I'll put on a cronologic post to explain :

1- I decided don't be test driver again. It was so cool to test on MPR, but I want to run;
2- Rules are changed, and I decided one of these things: run or manage my team.
3- I started to find teams that are on sold.
4- Byron and me finish the conversation, but my priority on these moment was run on MPR. Dan said me that the race seats are completed.
5- A little upset or angry (without any reason), as you want, I decided to leave the league.
6- Today I decided to continue on GPGSL, if there's a chance to buy the Devil Fox definitely.

That's it. I want to put One Racing on grid, if it's still possible!!

All this talk of drivers contracts with this team, that team.

If your team is sold, you lose the seat.

It is then up to the manager to choose who he wants.

If a team goes under, or is out, all binding contracts are up in the air.

Also, surely this whole buyout thing is just going to keep more or less the same teams, albeit renamed, up there again.

Aston Martin will win next season. Guaranteed. Even as a new entrant!

and i think that the team who will have the 4th slot in S5 will have a really good season(look at S3: MPR look at S4: Velox)

I really am not following it anymore, Rod wanted to buy DFR, then not, now he wants again, if it's me, he had his chance and now it's Keeley's turn, if she doesn't contact me, then the next one on the list. But that's just my opinion.

if keeley doesn't contact you,i'll be the next,but i won't contact you because i've already confirmed my seat into Phoenix\Blue Flames in S5.also,i would like to bring the team on top again(this year with a good team boost strategy we got in fight for 5th place,so all we need is to teach philip how to follow a good strategy)

Clarification

After Kev being fired, I'd like to clarify the activity system.

Team owners are responsible for keeping drivers active. That's why it's the team owner who gets a PM about inactivity and the driver doesn't. That PM specifically says 'make the driver active again'. So if you haven't contacted your inactive driver to remember he's in a series he needs to be involved in, you can not fully put the blame on the driver. The team owner should've contacted the driver in order to get the drivers interest in this back.

So in other words, if you get a PM that says 'make your driver active again', then do so and don't blame the driver if he has recieved another warning. The team owner should've contacted the driver.

This of course doesn't mean the driver wasn't also at fault here. Inactivity starts with the driver afterall.

@Byron. Well I'm afraid if Rod turned down the chance to buy your team then it must now be offered to Keeley. They are the rules. Doesn't matter if Rod has now changed his mind, he's missed his chance.

@Stefan. Its just a list at the moment, we can sort that out at a later date. I just automatically listed team owners as first tester

@Nathan. I'll just pencil you in as Blue Flame tester for now mate, until everything as been settled
