what I posted above is the way to make AI cars start the race loaded with fuel for 100% race distance.
If you try what pimpones proposed (=decreasing fuel consumptions) AI cars start with less than 100% fuel, that will be enough in this case to finish the race.
But pitstops will be done as scheduled, and still some fuel will be added, as GP4 will see that the remaining fuel is less than the remainig laps for next pitstop or for race finish.
It's obvious that the whole thing goes towards a faulty direction.
You can test and see yourself.
As I said, I still search for how to make AI cars pit only for tyre change.
At the moment I try that by editing some magic data values like:
...
15453 ; tyre wear
...
15400 ; helps decide if a tyre set needs changing? (dw)
21000 ; same as above (dw)
...
But it needs time - as always happens with GP4 modding end editing.
