sorry to bump up this thread but im having problems tryin to run gp4 on windows 7. ive tried all compatibitly modes but they all freeze before the liscene screen

Are you using GPxPatch?
It just seemed odd that you saw the licence screen otheriwse, because I assumed most people who used GPxPatch turned that off.
