Regarding Practise; we're not quite as strong as Monaco but I think this could be a good race!

GPGSL British Grand Prix - Silverstone.

Qualifying.

Back again at Silverstone for the all important qualifying action. After Marko Aleksander's unfortunate accident in the last race at Monte Carlo, Philip Oakley has closed the gap on his championship rival.

Lets see how the two contenders faired.


Stuart Ingers is first out in the rain.


Positions after first laps.






Groneboer takes to the track for his 2nd run


His lap is ruined by Horváth


Aleksander grabs 3rd spot.








Spanky puts in a stunner!


But how did the cameras miss Oakley's lap? Numpty RD thats why!






Riding with Marko on his 3rd run, he is down at inter 1.


Still down at inter 2.


That lap isn't going to challenge Oakley.


Oakley also down at inter 1.

Also at 2, but not as much.


But slower by the finish line.


Nothing changed in the top 5.






Last run for Aleksander but he comes up short.


Poor lap by Oakley must have known he had the pole all sewn up.


Oh dear looks like trouble!
