What first GP4 car? Who done? What car is?

Hi! I'm registred in this GPG forum about 4 years, in begining I don't post so much, but I download so much. What I really like to know is: Who made first off game car? What car is?

P.S: So much people left GP4, that's my impression.

first shapers/ painters for gp4 were Wai,Erik,Duco,Nicola,Erwin,Enzojz,Matt and CTDP I have all the cars since 2002 that are released!

I remember being ~13 and getting an email back from Ralph and Jan. I felt like I was talking to celebrities or something :P

yeah they did a lot for gp3 but sadly Ralph only did few textures for gp4 (mclaren,renault,jaguar for example) but they never did any shapes even if they started F2002 and EJ12 they never got released even if they did looked very good for the standards we had those days.

I always remembered the first car that caught my attention was CDTP's Ferrari F2002 and also the 2 Jordans that were made by Erik & Duco and Matt & Nic (& Bojan?). Wai's McLaren was also very nice as well.

I remembered dreaming of one day making my own cars and even get some recognition from CDTP...

those are exactly my thoughts as well Kev it was nice time 6 years ago when new carshapes were able to be made and released for gp4 thanks to great shapers,painters...gp4genius and zmodeler

I remember that I had 52kb/s modem back in 2002 and I was trying to download that CTDP's Ferrari with that connection :D it took hour/hours to download that 11 mb file pack that it was back then haha and sometimes the connection disconnect and I had to start downloading all over again lol but when I finally got the car it was a dream come true :D one of the best feelings that I have ever had with gp4

there was a site called gpx car painting or something. they had tonnes of car as what i can remember. i remember jumping from gp2 to gp4 and thinking ohh sweet i just download gp4 edit and try to get all my gp2 seasons into gp4. dahie also made the racecar entries which were pretty cool

dont want to open a topic so I will post it here

Anyone know what happened to PKArnall, I was great fan of his work back in the days of GP2, he never did anything for GP3 or GP4 though. Why?

Sorry but i going to change the subject of this topic.

Well but have you keep the shape ? On my side, i keep the carshape (it was the Benetton B194 - Season 1994 - release the 23/07/2003) and i must said it was ugly :D. Before the release i never use a modeler. So that logical . One year later, with more 3D skills, i going to restart it, and i must said it look good, not perfect so. Look the screen under.

I'm far too embarrassed to show my early shapes! It was a while before I actually started my shapes from scratch and painted myself. Amongst my first cars were the 1995 Williams and Sauber, and I'm still pleased at how they came out

When I make modern cars, I seem to make teams that are now defunct

p.s: can you do again the 1995 sauber driver clothes (I don't know the word in english).

My source files are in back up somewhere... what was wrong with it?

The Sauber clothes has the Ferrari clothers like a layer in Photoshop.

it was already mentioned, actually my first car for GP4 was my RaceCar Rc-11 which evolved from a Ferrari. GPxCarpainting was a great side, I had lots of fun with max and the skin contests where a lot of fun, taking part and being in the jury. Actually it was over a year after GP4's release that Andy begged me to do some work for CTDP in september 2003: Jaguar 2003, later Jordan. I didn't want to join the team and remain independant, but eventually it caught me and right I had 5 great years.
