Shanghai 2007 [RELEASED] with some new features

...and another one

Here is Shanghai 2007

It is based on Shanghai 2006 by 32Bobo32 and Ruboy and has been update to 2007 spec with the help of SchueyFan. Besides there are a few new features thanks to schroeder and TTM


update log 2007:

- 2007 spec (SchueyFan)
- pit garages and pit stands with muppets (TTM)
- static and dynamic monitors for pitstands (schroeder)
- some corrections on mapping and textures (schroeder, TTM)
- gravel strip at the pitlane entrance where Hamilton got stuck
- dark tarmac strip after turn 5
- kerbs with rubber effect
- some new objects and textures
- col file
- magic data

I especially like the pitstand screens...the idea was by scroeder to insert small SCREEN objects to get dynamic screens and after that I added more and different monitors with static pictures

Ficou uma delícia para se pilotar.
As CC-lines estão muito bem feitas é possível trabalhar mais as freadas do carro.
O carro mais correto na direção.
A topografia da pista ficou excelente, a posição das câmeras a sensação de realidade é enorme.

It stayed a delight for be driven.
The CC-lines are much well deeds is possible work more them stopped of the car. The most correct car in the direction.
The topography of the track stayed excellent, the position of the cameras the sensation of reality is huge.

Just a note, if you want to make TTM's stands plus compatible they just need thier textures renamed (can't remember now what to) so then if you use a plus pack with the track the stands will disappear, but no others will take thier place (unless they are built in)

Ok, thanks for information. But the shape of a pitstand is unique for each team, isn't it? So how can it work when just raplacing textures?

Btw, now that I finall have finished the stuff for Bahrain and Sakhir I can concentrate on Monaco But don't expect news for the next 4 weeks because during 3 of them I am not at home so that I cannot work on this...progress will be made but quite slowly.

There are 15 names reserved for each team, so use these names:
pitstand_01_01.tex
...
pitstand_11_15.tex

When using a PLUS update those textures are all transparent ones, so the pitstands will become transparent - ie, invisible. You can add the plus stands if you want and have them invisible by default, and visible when using a plus pack.

Well, but this itme only the garages are PLUS compatible...but I will think of this option for the next tracks...that mean importing both pitstands and one set of them with transparent textures.
