Change Difficulty mid-season

Is it possible to chamge the difficulty in Gp4 mid-season?

E.g. If I'm doing reasonanly weel on "semi-pro" difficulty could I change to "Pro" in the middle of a season?

not as far as i know...i tried to change the performance values during the season and it had no effect o.O AI driver lap times were exactly the same.

if you save a game in gp4 all data like helmet pos etc and performance is also saved. loading a savegame causes an "update" of gp4 with all the data that is stored in the loaded game. the same goes for most of the settings you did in gp4 (driving aids, difficulty, gridposition...)

to come to the point: sadly what you want to do is not possible

I know this is useless to you, but if anyone is still stuck on this, then yes, it is:
1. Download GP4 Championship Editor from here: [alexcar.altervista.org]
2. Enter the serial number: 1350137796 (The generator doesn't work)
3. Open the program
4. Load your save file (______.ch_)
5. Click 'Command' and then select 'Properties'
6. Choose your difficulty
7. Overwrite your previous save

And you're done

Wow Jurgen, thanks a lot really, you saved me! Guess what? I had to use Internet Explorer to get it, with Chrome the serial disappears immediately, I wasn't able to memorize it in time, ahahahahah

Hi Guys
I have a problem with this editor. Whenever I tried to save it after editing I gat a message saying that I cannot have two cars with the same team names and it does not get saved. Please help.
