F1 1997 Mod - [Conversion from F1 Challenge]

ive always thought 97 would be great, but theres a real lack of material out there for shapes and making the cars

Well getting the car shape would require someone good at modeling cars, we would need some pics of all of the cars in the 1997 season though.

A '97 mod...... if only.

I never said it would take a week did I? It will take as long as it takes.

so you wanaa start this mod, who have u got so far, because it sounds like u want a mod but are gonna need people to do the things to make the mod but have no "team" as of yet..

I may be wrong..

Not that it's original, but it didn't take ages to add detail, damage, driver and the trimmings. Plus permission has been obtained.

At the minute I have some painters, hopefully I shall be able to get Jcaranti to do the CSM stuff and I know people that might be able to do templates and car shapes.

Wow those cars are awesome intweb any chance of a release of them seeing you have permisions

Would be great to see a 97 mod but it wont be easy to do if you have to make all the cars yourself but if use intwebs cars hen shouldnt be too difficult

The plan was I actually made my own cars . However if intwebs was happy to let me use the car shape and template then that is ok. Wanting to paint the cars though so that I can improve my skills

Looking at doing a little deal with Lee at the moment.

Intweb, nice to see you about, been waiting to see those cars for quite a looooong time now

It does look familiar, is it the almost finished 97 mod for F1C? That thing was fun, it's a very nice base to work on!
