for comparison of some gp4 cars:
f248 by nicola had 34795
m16 by erik had 30928
r27 by craig had 29484
str01 by me had 26817
this is a very nice thing with this game, you can reduce the poys from that high value down to 2000 within 5 lods.
if they are proper downsized the game will run with a respectable fps rate and high resolution without loosing any eye-creamy effects. you will not even realize that there was a change.
but remember, that the texture size has a big influence to the performance, too!

hmm... my TF107 only has a humble 22000, but I'm trying harder with the TF108 No fancy damage models to bump it up either... but my cars will include good lods

lod 0 is finished, lower lods in work.
i am waiting now for the next texture update from bojan...
