What about the performances? The only reference to F1 concerning laptimes is Montreal. But Montreal is a stop-and-go-track without fast long corners so that it is hard to say how many seconds slower a champ car will be at silverstone, barcelona or spa for example. For sure, a champ car has less (aerodynamic and tyre) grip so how did you set the physics and performances?
Btw, what was the real top speed at montreal this year?

well we have montreal, surfers and long beach to work from so far so its gonna have to be a compromise with performances..

Good work on the conversion , guys! To me it looks like the cockpit would look more realistic if it was darker (wheel, sides...) and the visor was clearer, more transparent

in reality the visors are quite dark,if you watch the "visor cams" during the race you,ll notice that..the alpha in the cockpit needs adjusting slightly anyway but the wheels sides to me look ok,any darker and they wont reflect the light..

I suppose the inevitable question has to be asked. What about................................................................

tracks? ;)

Good on the cars though. They look *stunning*. No other word for it.

How big is the beta? And, crucially, is it "CSM'd"?

Agreed on the visor. Although they might indeed be dark in reality, in GP4 we don't get the blinding sun effect present in other sims. It's as if it is perpetually a overcast day.

Because of this tendency, making the visor too dark really hinders drivability in the sim. One of the F1 season mods has a visor tint so dark I can't effectively see the track except for a very short distance ahead of me. Needless to say this makes it difficult to drive.

Hopefully you guys can make this small concession to playability. BTW, the rest of the stuff looks awesome!!!
