Are you going to release a med-res version of the pack as well?
I have all the textures for the helmets, but they are all 2048x512 for the main texture and 512x1024 for the top, which is too big for my PC, though the helmets look better: GP4 takes a lot to load with these textures and once loaded goes damn slow!
I tried to use TexResizer to make the helmet textures smaller (respectively 1024x256 an256x512), which definitely made GP4 more fluent both in playing and loading, but here is what happens with almost all the drivers

What can I do to solve the problem?

Yes, I did... and all the textures are for that shape. They work correctly if I don't resize them. In this situation, instead, only 4-5 helmets look normal.

and that problem on the screenshot is not ours, its Massa helmet of Graphikracer(spelling?), so maybe you should ask him

Unfortunately, it's not only on Massa Helmet, but also on many others!
Raikkonen by APFonseca and the McLaren helmets from the GP4 Spain pack work correctly, as well as the two Honda helmets taken from the 2006 set.
@Viper: I got the 2007 helmets which were available for download from different sources. Many of them are not definitive! APFonseca has posted some on www.f1gp4.it and www.gp4italia.org.

Trulli Sepang Helmet (Saturday)

We decided to release a Melbourne Set, and then, update the helmets if we want...

So, please, don't stress us with hundreds of pics with the new helmets, 'cause it will make us crazy.
