Putting custom Carsets in GP4?

How do you put them in ive got the 9.6 patch gpxpatch and CSM on there....but like gp3 has gp3 edit were you can put that in but what is there for gp4?

Right does anyone no ive got a car saved on Zmodler how do i get it onto a file to put into a custom season set along with putting custom helmets? please help
