best 2006 mod?

Can anyone tell me what the most complete 2006 mod is? Is there one that includes tracks? where can i find the download for this? Thanks a lot!

B-tone and the team has done great work as always but I must say F.A.C mod just because it's a single exe and includes all the tracks as well.

Has it all the permissions from the authors ? CSM sets are as easy to install as single exe files.

Not to mention that with CSM you don't have to worry about uninstalling a mod in order to make sure a different mod works

Not sure about permissions, and you're right about CSM installing. Its a single, but not one of those nasty exe's :p
