The next Grand Prix shall take place at the Nurburgring NEXT weekend on the 13th August.

Spa shall therefore move to the 28th of September for he finale of the first series.

All other events shall be unchanged unless stated otherwise

(see website for calendar)

Ebi Motors wishes to welcome you to its first Press Release. According to many learned observers things are getting 'quite exciting' for the team, now in third place in the championship.

From now on press releases will be issued often not containing remarkable insight on how the team operates.

The History behind Ebi Motors
Many people ask in the pit lane how did team founder and owner, Ebbie Attard, come up with the name Ebi motors? Many rumours exist on this subject including speculation that Ebbie Attard was visited by David Hasselhoff, the King of the Internet, who subsequently named the team. Other incorrect tales talk of an ancient Aztec town called Ebi where Ebbie Attard gave birth to twins.

These are far removed from the actual reality behind the foundation of Ebi Motors. On a hectic night out in what some describe as the centre of European Civilisation (Aldershot, Southern England), Ebbie Attard took some exctasy. This is often referred to as 'e' providing inspiration for the first letter of the team's name.

Whilst high on narcotics Ebbie then noticed a man with 3 arms and 2 arses, this provided the letter b. Finally, whilst making love on a pirate ship, Ebbie noted the way the opposite party kept saying 'aye'. This led to the letter i and Ebi Motors was born.

Mere seconds after these events a car was designed and the team established itself a factory in the Aldershot Red Lion.

Ebi Motors have announced unprecedented expansion. Any links between the staff of Ebi Motors and the now defunct Mason Motorsport are entirely coincidental. Learned observers in the team's HQ at the Aldershot Red Lion described the decision as 'sensational.' One regular was so surprised he ate the bartender.

Following criticism by NickV, Ebi Motors have chosen to invade France. Chief of Staff, Dr Derek Science von Schlieffen declared "We shall reach Paris by Christmas, before seeing off the Russians in the east!" The team is acting off intelligence that NickV is hiding somewhere on Earth.

Meanwhile the rest of the team continues to prepare for the Belgian race at Spa Francorchamps. Angus McBarnes, once a spa himself added his valuable contribution. "We will win in the knitting! Yes, yes! What no! Get away from me!" he screamed before jumping out of a window.

Ebi Motors are commencing legal action against NickV for crimes against humanity. The team's lawyer at large, Hugo Largetrousers explained. "I've never actually won a legal case in 48 minutes of practising law, however, I feel this could be the one. NickV is using Diet Coke with Pepsi in his weaponary. Clearly this is against copyright and may be adversely affecting Pepsi employees, since they have to face the prospect of mixing with a far inferior product."

Seasoned Aldershot Red Lion observers described Largetrousers' case as "stunning" and "enormous" whilst watching a video of Jordan.
