That's the news: [www.grandprixgames.org]

I doubt that he is a machine who can work on several high quality tracks at the same time...

Gildoorf does great work.

But I wish he would do more "real" tracks....

Every track he does is so precise, if he did more historic circuits they would be classics.....

Gildoorf has like many of us a busy life outside gp4 & wishes there were more time for these tracks..i agree with you about the quality of gildoorfs work..
imoa he has developed & released the finest tracks availble for this fine game..
i'm sure he is working on projects as time allows...
as has been mentioned many times before...these tracks take along time to build...that's a basic fact....

Hi guys, just came across this topic and have spent the last half hour reading through it, it was looking amazing, the best GP4 track ever. I hope this amazing project is still going to happen. Any news?

Thanks

Hi there

As I was for some weeks with no graphic card a delay in my works has occured. Now it´s fine and things going ok, but not with Paul Ricard yet. Xav85 who works with me is doing a brave and huge effort on dat files... It seems he wants to create all solutions for HTTT layout, which, for me, is perfectly possible and fair and surely will work fine for the game.

But still lot of things to learn on 3deditor and GP4 behaviour. Creating tracks is definitely something not too easy.

Best regards from Brasil

Gildoorf

We are back on the HTTT project.
The main dat (solution 1A) is now finished. We will use the same method as the Gildoorf's Dubai track : only one wad file, but with many dats.

Here some pics :

Big work xav85!!! Fantastic!!!
Pasargarta and Piranema for me are two icons in the development of track´s for Gp4... Two big works.
Dubai he innovated giving the option of two sketches.... Genial!!!!
That now this being utilized in the circuit of Paul Ricard.
It shows the big value of the work of the gildoorf, that for me at present is the best creator of track´s for Gp4..
It is clear we should value another big creative boys (TTM,Ruboy, Edu_13, Ricardo Lampert, Mark Beijer, Erwin Maliepaard, MAX, Tony Brick, Samuele Pinna, Martin Schubert) of track´s. ... but the gildoorf is exceptional!!!
Was worth boy!!!

Hi there

As everyone knows now (including me), xav is progressing very well :) Best work on banks I ever seen so far.

I´ll work on elevations in the mean time.

I think the most difficult part will be textures... But that´s the way.

Cheers you all
