I used Google Earth's measure tool... I drew a straight line and saw how many meters it covered. Then I saved the image and saw how many pixels long the line was... with some easy calculations I found that at 200 m from the ground, 4096 pixels is nearly equal to 635 meters.
However, this is only right with tracks that are on low altitudes, because if the track is, say, 600 meters above the sea level, even if terrain is turned off you can't get the camera closer to 600 meters... so different measurements would need to be done.
