You mean you've downloaded some from somewhere? If you the LOD's (the .gp4 files called car_(teamname)_car1/2_lod_x) can be inserted into the cars.wad with Lo2k's wad inserter which can be found here

Then do the same for the .tex files, just replace them with the ones in the wad and you'll be ready to go
