About the Vodafone flags in the background, are they waving ingame like the Agip flags at s/f of the Imola track?

Here is a lap onboard with Tom Kristensen at Oschersleben. So you can have a first look at the Audi cockpit (ignore the Zandvoort), a decent look at Oschersleben, and hear the sounds :)
Youtube mangled it a bit so I can upload a higher res version if anyone wants.

that was some lousy driving in the video lol! especially the spin at the end... the grip levels look really fake compared to real DTM in that onboard video. Honestly, i am watching the video, and it doesnt seem like a touring car at all, it doesnt seem like anything real to be honest/ also the sounds arent realistic, sound nothing like a v8 engine, dont even sound like a 4 cylinder. to be honest i think this is a complete waste of time doing this for gp4, the physics look so fake (it looks so on rail, like basic gp4 with keyboard control). i dont mean to sound mean, but the effort gone into this mod, which i assume is a good solid effort, probably could have gone to better use making this mod for another game... i just feel this will be one of those mods which we play once, just for reason we feel its right to 'try and feel something different',
but from the video it looks like it wont have much lasting appeal (sorry maybe i have to be german, and appreciate dtm), as it looks slow and boring compared to f1. dtm on gp4 game engine i feel is a waste of time for the hard effort that has gone into the mod (again, i realise there must be lots of effort put it in... but the rewards on gp4 engine are extremely poor, you cant replicate DTM realistically at all, from seeing this video, and making the mod on another game engine would have taken so much less time and effort i feel). on a personal note, i dont understand why people go to the effore of spending months, even years.. making a DTM mod, what is dtm??? its nothing in international motersport unless your german... its basically a 5th or 6th tier racing league. why not nascar of le mans or v8 supercars or even the pathetic japanese series cars??? (lol sorry, i realise japanese is even lower then german racing league...) do people really want to race a boring astra? lol. seriously, im being serious here! people who download this mod will play this how many times? im only saying this because it looks like a lot of effort is going in to making a most boring of mods, that people wont play... why not the effort be put into making better f1 car models (after all gp4 is based on f1 cars, not shithouse clks or astras lol). i dont see the point of making a touring car series for a f1 game engine. and im not just trying to be a smart arse, the video online shows how hard it is to replicate touring cars in an f1 game engine, to be honest it looks NOTHING like Dtm, i think the authors skill be better used on f1 mods, or if commited to making DTM mod, why not 2007 season in a more realistic game environment like rfactor?? this gp4 mod of dtm is 2005! why not 2007?? this really seems like a waste of time for the modders, 3 bloody years... a 2007 mod for rfactor would have taken so much less time and the virtual series would be so much more realistic then on the 'on rails' gp4 game engine.

Seriously, after the gp4italia touring car mod i cant believe this dmt mod has even gone ahead, it can honestly only impress 5 or 6 die hard fans, without providing ANY real entertainment. if i am wrong I DARE ANY GP4 FAN who will play A FULL DMT 2005 SEASON to prove me wrong. i can safely say their wont be more then 4 or 5 people (those involved in mod). remember my dare is a FULL 2005 DTM season, not just 1 or 2 races, which many of us will do. (INCLUDING ME).

no way. i think this mod is going to be great. Atleast one of the best. I always watch DTM and kept wishing there would be a gp4 mod. And now its coming!!

Who would of thought DTM could be made on a F1 Game. Amazing work by these guys.
