Performance Files?

Sorry folks if this has been mentioned before, but can you tell what the difference values correspond to below? I seen it mentioned somewhere before but cannot remeber where i seen it.

I think i must change the values between Fernando Alonso
and Michael Schumacher...Fernando is much better than Michael
this year.

no harry michael is better then alonso only the renault is better then the ferrari :P
