hate to say this but you pc is a tad on the slow side its self. The SD ram has t go, and also atleast 512 mb of ddr would be a good start. That video card will run gp4 ok but It wont look to pretty. The processor should be fine for now, but usually if you have SD ram you wont be able to get DDR with out a new motherboard. sorry :S
You need a tweaked up graphics config file, theres one around, have a look at the gp4 faq, I recall fixing a link to a thread about it , upgrade if you can afford it, the ram is a bottleneck, ddr is the way to go. An agp enabled graphics card is a good idea, not that you need it for gp4 anyway. Theres graphic card threads on the go now in the off topic forum that might be useful. If you need upgrade help there's guys there that can help out as well. Get the cfg file for starters and see how you go.

And what about something like 800XT, or 6600, 6800GT?? But its the same like in another Forum.

I wrote AFTER the word nvidia...is that 6600, 6800 GT after nvidia ? NO...its called nvidia 6600 GT / 6800 GT ! What i mean was nvidia GeForce 4 MX 400...
