2005 set - "Can+USA+Fra+GB Update" *released*

i already have a working version of it, i think something could be released, still beta, but at least it has the new corners, some guys might want to use it, until the final version is released, which will require quite a lot of hard work.

How about an option to select the new Hockeheim vs. the old one in the config menu? I know the new one will be the current layout of the track, but I kind of like racing on the old version....

don't forget the option to select visor or not Tony and the fixed bin files for the fuel consumption. And i have a physic file made which is better then the one is in the mod right now, will send it to you later this week after its tuned up in final version!

i cant remember how to change the tcam co-ordinates using the mod apart from the real time editing. i have searched but cant find it. i remember it was using gp4 tweaker or something.

you choose real time editing on advance or simple then you can ingame change every onboard camera. You choose the menu with TAB and you change the coordinates with the keys: K H J U I M

If you press Q the changes goes again to it was before!

I'm getting antsy. I need an update fix SOON.....(LOL)

btw Tony, not sure if you've been told already but I know a bug, the Williams cars grid pictures dont appear correctly, all other cars on the grid screen appear okay but the Williams's are corrupt...

Having a problem with this when i run the French GP, seems to be taking the performance files from somewhere else instead of the default folder. Klien is running 12 seconds a lap quicker than the others and team 11 has frentzen and Enge as the drivers.

Can anyone help???

Ignore this, seems to have sorted itself out, working fine now!

Do i just double click on this update and install it in the 2005 set?

yep. double click the .cuh file (unapak the .rar first) and you should be prompted to chhose a set - choose the 2005 one.
or it will automatically install

setups you have to make yourself thats whats the game is all about héhé, we can't do it all for you ...
