How do you you adjust the scale with a logo.ini? For instance I use a ITV logo with coordinates x=-70 y=-1 scale=1. What do I do in the ini file to increase the size(scale) of the logo? Do I simply say scale=2?

yup. aLtough, you might want to experiment a bit to get it right.
