save them in .tga

then open .tga files in slimtex
use these options:DXT5+Full Trasparence
and save them.

with zmoddeler (if you have the z3d file) or gp4builder (if you have the .gp4 file)

But I've been using photoshop for years and done some 3D stuff before so it was pretty easy

It's a series that we run here at gpg, it's run by a computer, meaning that you don't have to give up any of your time racing.

The link above is the first page, take a look at that. It's a very good series, really fun. And you get to know some of the guys from the forum a bit better as well, which is an added bonus.
