somepeople don't have broadband

hello. i only noticed the bug with the alpha saying 'west' today, and saw it was mentioned by Fongu.

i redownloaded it just now and the 'new' files still have 'west' in the alpha, although it says it has been changed in the pre-download screen. any ideas?
