Renault 2004

I'm new to this so gimme a chance.

Is anyone working on the 2004 Renault R24? I have seen some pics of the R23 with the R24 livery but no R24 as yet.

I have been converting an R23 into an R24 but without much success. I have only been working with Zmodeller since the weekend so lack a lot of experience.

So far I have managed to create the engine cover - not to scale but it's there. The nose is also lower than the R23. Rear very low sidepods are causing some havok.

Anyway, just a thought.

i am sure somebody is making it out there but i think it's one of the hardest cars in the grid. it's so curvy. i wish luck to ones who attempt to make it.

for carshaping they use zmodeler and for textures you can use photoshop or paintshop or something else. some great guys can make excellent textures just with microsoft paint, but i forgot who.

I think you mean Raymond Smits. He makes the base of his helmets in paint and then details them in Paint Shop Pro.

However, for painting cars, the MS paint style is way behind :D. Like in gp2 or something :P
