I have correct a new bug who appear when a correct the bug on the front wing. Sorry for this new version If you want to see the bug look on the front wing on Jongu pics. (The rothmans)

@berger fan : If you want use the FW16 and the ferrari, open the shape of the ferrari and search that :



On this example it is my personnal car the texture are RT204B_X.tga on the McKey car it is : ferrari_x.tga. Replace the ferrari_x.tga by prost_x.tga.

but the ligier uses the prost slot and tex names :/

Also, how can I make mckey's 1994 Ferrari not use duffer's Williams textures, as they're both named ferrari.tex?

or open it in the hex, and make the file name totally unique

i haven't tried it yet Duffer but looks very nice (maybe you should rename the tex so they are unique?? duf-fw16_x or something?)

i'll release the pitcrews tonite. i'll just put out tex for now named in the 1994 order you've listed above.

@fongu - hows the helmets going? i dont think any of my 88 ones are still going in 94 apart form senna, prost, mansell and a few others.
and there is already a 94 helmet set by 'Luis "Ice M@N" Medeyros'.
maybe you can use them for help if you need any.

Its coming along i havent seen his set, so a link or something would be nice. I was thinking about using your mansell helmet as a base, but i started again anyway. Maybe your alboreto helmet would be useful as a base?

Just a few things I'd like to point out:
The FW16 rear wing, is it too low? I think it should be a (scale) 5cm lower than the roll over bar, as it was in 1991, as can be seen below:


Also, there should(if possible) be a small windscreen on top of the cockpit:


A little bit pedantic, I know, but I love perfection. :P

im ready to scream , i cant find for the life of me the great helmets you guys are using in your screenies, of mansell , hill and senna......

ive found some around but quality is poor or they are in TGA instead of TEX and when i convert they are blured



so not happy please help!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

gonna look weird FW16 in the 03 grid :P



Refuse to Lose

ok im lost , i just d/l the fw16 today , and saw all the files LOD and TEX were ferrari named so......

i canged the LODs to ARROWS and renamed the tex files to Arrows_a22_x

i then opened the lods in Hex editer to my suprise it was setup to look for arrows_a22_x already plus arrows_a22_4 and arrows_body.tex

but only _1 _2 and _3.tex were in zip , hence to say the car isnt working in the game , it has mixed ferrari textures all over it

I can't find the Williams v3 where can i find it? on Duffer's Site there's only 1.0 available

The helmets are WIP so are not released yet

The version available to download is 1.3, i dont think Duffers been bothered to update the site to say it

Yes fongu, on my website i don't have change the page !! It the V3 on the site ! I don't change the page because when i made the change there is only 5 people have download the car !
