GP4.Gamer.nl Seasonset 2003

where else can i download the performance and the gp4.exe from? it doesn't let me download them from the gp4.gamer.nl website. thanks in advance for any help

hmm.. i cn't find the mirror's... damn! the set looks greeat to bad i can't download it....

@ Erix. So Mclaren car is on mclarenxxxxx.lodx? So you changed order with cameditor for example? Thought its possible with camed6.6...

Thats good. Hope that i can find a good server for my 56k...

@ matt the french &usa helmets are in your carsnt directory
if you downloaded the gp4gamerpack

Uh, i found a mirror which is good but i`ve another problem.

Some people using 56k like me cauze there`s no other conection available.

I`m playing 1024 textures and the season set is more than 55 megs big.

So is it possible to release the set in separate parts?

cars
helmets (allready released i think)
others

This would be very helpful for us.

That's exactly right! The McLaren is still called mclaren in the cars.wad. I used a (beta or alpha) tool from Zaz to patch the exe but you can also use cameditor6.6.

The helmets are in 2003 order. The order of the helmets will not change along with the change of slots in gp4.exe. I just renamed them to fit this carset. You can do just as i did to get the original order back: rename them.
Maybe it's time for a helmet editor to do this in an easy way.

it's exelent..!!!!!! i love!! great work! But there's one problem.. uhm.. whell 2 actually.. the first one is the i look in the t-cam wiev i see white boxes.. is there a fix for that!?

one more thing.... can i add a new mclaren or new tyres to the wad file!?

offcourse you can add new things, i've made a new helmet, added new tyres and drive around i my own car

and what do you mean with white boxes? can you post a screen?

i think that he hasn't installed the gp4-patch and that the carsets' exe is from the patch and then you get some weird boxes where the overlays are.

i have installed the patch..

whenever i try from your link vuilniszak it stops between 2-15 mb.

if you go into the gp4gamers forum post about the 2003pack there is a new mirror which lets you download it in several parts.could be handy for the 56k'ers
