I think it comes down to having 4 wheels off the track and making a time advantage

if he only had 2 wheels off and didnt make a gain in lap time then it should be ok, i can see my self using a little extra road trying to get that extra tenth pushing as hard as possible


4 wheels off or cutting across chicanes or corners should be illegal, but seeing as he was just pushing hard then i think its ok

penalising him for that is like montoya at Sepang 2002

id say its no problem, i had the black flags on so when i went wide in that corner it @#$%& my lap up completely. To me it looks like u made no gain so imo u dont need/deserve a penalty
