Decent qualifying position, here's hoping the race goes well for me
Not a good qualifying for us, hopefully we can salvage something out of the race.
Middle of the field for me and Luis in 12th and 11th respectively.
Hoping for a dry race, and some points.

P11 and P12 for the team, but we just missed Top 10 by a blink. Let's hope for a good race
Round 6 - GPGSL Season 16 - Race
Welcome back to race day here at Barcelona, we have a sunny morning, Hinz and Bruyker will be start in the front row after an intense battle yesterday
Off they go
Silva tries a surprise attack coming from 3rd
But both De Bruyker and Hinz are able to hold him off
Hinz looses his lead for a brief period, but is able to regain in the second turn
But De Bruyker goes for the inside in turn 3, and takes the lead for himself
Hinz is preparing an attack
But De Bruyker closes the door
Caranti in the midfield, trying to keep up the pace
The same goes for De Lo Rios and Keranen, who are fighting for 10th place
Buitenhuis trying a move on Silva, both are above the championship leaders so far in the season
Hinz is also attacking De Bruyker for the lead
Both moves are successful
Pedersen also able to overtake Brickles for the 6th place
Rookie Alfadil current in 17th
Cronin is off the track
Replay shows that he went off on his own
He return is last place
Elleker trying an overtake on Silva
The Portuguese is able to hold his position
But not for long as he is able to overtake Silva at the start of the next lap
Caranti overtakes Keranen and sits now inside the top 10
De Los Rios went off the track
Transmission problem means end of race for him

Beggani overtakes Alfadil for the 16th place
Ancevski is overtaken by Stoddart
Sheppard with a modest 18th place, not how the former team owner expected to return this season
Pedersen overtakes Silva
While Caranti overtakes Majumdar for the 9th place
Brickles and Gustavo are closing in on Silva
Croning already caught up with the rest of the field

Keranen overtakes Majumdar for the 10th
Szucs doesn't have a really fast car this weekend, but he takes a chance to overtake rookie Alfadil
His teammate Parachki overtakes Sheppard
Alfadil drops another position

Now is Cronin's time to overtake him, the rookie is being bullied in these last laps
And he sits now in last place

Silva with a sudden transmission problem
Which catapulted him into the wall

Hinz is the first one to pit stop
De Bruyker and Buitenhuis are trying take the lead for themselves
Buitenhuis is called to the pit, which allows Bruyker to have free track
Elleker overtakes Pedersen, not a sight a teamowner likes to see it
After the round of pit stops, here is the standings, Hinz able to mantain the lead
But De Bruyker is closer than ever

And he takes the lead
Keranen overtakes Gustavo for the 7th place
Elleker trying to get the last podium spot from Buitenhuis
And he goes through
Stoddart overtakes Caranti, as Karda is coming with good pace behind them
Karda is right at Caranti's tail, can the Argentine hold him off until the end?
The answer is no, Karda takes the 10th place
Majumdar is also close to Caranti
De Bruyker starts the alst lap of the race
Elleker will try a final push for the 2nd place
Majumdar overtakes Caranti and takes the 11th position
Elleker is really close to Hinz
He goes for the inside
Hinz is not able to close the door, they are side by side in the turn
But Elleker takes his feet off the pedal, maybe an team order to bring the car in once piece?
He tries once again in the last part, but Hinz finishes in second
