your exe is not an oringinsl exe

i was palying the 2021 by carl,then i shut it through task maneger then csm told me my exe was not an original exe maybe i modified it with gp4 tweaker or some other tools.
it asked me to install a fresh exe.
but i didnt modify it .
what am i going to do?

When you click on on the error, does CSM let you load things like usual, or does it gray out all the options?

If it gray's things out, I copy and paste the exe from my vanilla game folder to the folder I run CSM mods from.

When you load CSM, it alters the exe, when you exit it restores it. Failure to exit CSM properly leaves the exe in an altered state. Always have a backup of the clean exe and the wads.
