Good night everyone, after the needed rerun, here are the qualifying results, this time the savegame has been saved accordingly

I hope my comment wasn't taken seriously - i was joking based on the original grid results. A grid editor could have simulated the original grid as was suggested. Basically it generates a fake performance file with huge gaps based on the grid you want.

ah wish I'd seen the results beforehand now

Now I'm down in 11th and Toby moved up to 16th. Still the opportunity to move up the field during the race.

My GPGSL Career

GPGSL Rd 13 Italian GP - Race

Welcome back everyone, we're here in Monza - Italy, and today is race day.

Championship leader Paulo Silva will start on pole, and he may be crowned champion today after the race.



And away they go, good start by Gustavo, he takes the inside line


Keranen is pushed off road, he was right behind Silva


He has to wait for every car to pass by, not the start that AMR was expecting


Gustavo overtakook Silva for the lead, he needs this win if he has any hope of staying alive in the championship


Elleker jumps from 8th to 4th after the start


Meanwhile Keranen sits now in last place


Local hero Scala manages an overtake on Karda for the 5th place



While Warrington is being pressured by Rodriguez


Majumdar and O'Neill closing the top 10


And we have a three way battle between Rodriguez, Majumdar an O'Neill


O'Neill pulls off an amazing maneuver, and overtakes both cars at once



De Bruyker is trying an move on his teammate


He sits now in 10th, while Rodriguez tries to get his old position back


Great move by him


Paulo Silva retakes the lead after just one lap


And his teammate may be the next in line for an overtake on Gustavo


Beggani takes the inside line


And is now 2nd


Not seen by the cameras, O'Neill was overtaken by De Bruyker


Kederer, Buitenhuis and Gilson having a fierce battle for the 14th place


Buitenhuis is the winner


Warrington trying an outside overtake on Karda


And he gets it done


Karda has to be aware of both Rodriguez and De Bruyker now


But he is now trying to retake his old position


He gets it back, while Rodriguez is able to defend from De Bruyker


Which allows O'Neill to overtake the former champion


One of the Alphas touches the grass


He spins in the middle of the track, a dangerous position to be


It was the former champion Kederer, who now sits in last place


Back to front, Gustavo tries an overtake on Beggani


And is now 2nd


Scala may be the next in line for an overtake


There he goes, a podium so far for the local hero


McCarthy overtakes De Bruyker for the 8th place


O'Neill somehow dropped to 13th place


Not the best day for the AMR drivers, Elleker had an transmission problem and needs to go into the box


He returns in last place


Mayhem as both McCarthy and Gilson go out off track


McCarthy drops to 11th


While Gilson returns in last place


McCarthy is overtaken by O'Neill


Buitenhuis may be the next one to overtake him, in the background we can see a lot of sand in the air


De Bruyker is the reason, he sits in the gravel


Replay shows him losing control by itself


He is not able to get out of the gravel, so end of race for him


Kederer overtakes Parachki for the 18th place


Keranen trying a move in the inside line of Gromov


And he goes through


Kederer overtakes Pedersen for the 17th place, both him and Keranen with good pace despite the accidents


Majumdar goes a little off track


And lost 2 positions


Buitenhuis goes for the inside of O'Neill


And sits now in 9th place


Majumdar overtakes O'Neill, while the Irish locks his tyre


He goes for an offroad trip


And returns in 14th, just ahead of both Christels


But backup has arrived, and we may have an battle between both Alphas and both Christels

Oh no!, one of the Mistrals are out with some problems


And is championship leader Paulo Silva, who was leading the race


With this Vitor Gustavo is the new leader of the race


Keranen trying another move, this time on Bouchard


And he is inside the points!


Bouchard goes off track


And returns just ahead of his teammate


Kederer is also really close to the points


Beggani in 3rd, with Silva off the race he may be back to the championship battle


Kederer is pouting some pressure on O'Neill


And the round of pit stop begins















Not the best choice by Mist GP, both driver in the same lap




Race leaders Gustavo and Scala are in



And Scala overtakes Gustavo inside the pits, great job by the pitcrew of MTP





Here are the staings after the round of pit stops, MTP drivers both managed overtakes during their pits




Bouchard sits in last after all


Karda is alooking for an overtake on Beggani


Buitenhuis runs a little wide


But there is no room for mistakes in that turn, huge hit



Meanwhile Scala run wide as well


And Gustavo is right at his tail


He goes for the overtake


But the Italian shuts the door


Keranen overtakes Hinz for the 7th place, amazing race for him


And Karda overtakes Beggani, not what the French was expecting


But wait, Karda goes off track


And hits the wall, he is off the race, with that Beggani is back to the 4th place


Gilson also has bad luck and goes off


End of race for him


Parachki overtakes Gromov for the 11th place


While McCarthy overtakes Majumdar


Gustavo has gone off track as well


He returns in 5th, with this we are now having an 1-2 for MTP and Beggani in the podium


Majumdar overtakes McCarthy to take his position back


And after a crazy race, Scala takes the checkered flag and is the winner of the Italian GP


Rodriguez finishes in 2nd


And Beggani in 3rd, which puts him back into the championship battle, everything will be decided in the last race at Silverstone

Gutted is all I can say about how I feel seeing De Bruyker go out from what could've potentially been a decent points finish.

Points. The rerun hurt me, though. Plus what the hell, pit crew?

Great recovery drive from my teammate. Great start from me too, just a shame about the transmission

Massive disappointment.

Pole, Fast Lap, big gap for the 2nd place in the race and then... A DNF.

Let's hope to keep the 1º place in the end of the season.

On a positive side, congratulations for the team for the first title in the constructors championship.

I believe qualifying partially affects the random variance value for the race, which can't be changed using the grid editor, so it was a compromise either way.
