Pedal Problems

I got gp4 up and working yesterday on my PC. Got the wheel calibrated nicely, but I have run into a problem. The game recognises both my brake and accelerator as the same thing, i.e. they're both coming up as Y axis or as the accelerator.
Is there any chance anyone can help me with this, because without this problem my experience would be perfect.
The wheel i'm using is thrustmaster t150 with the standard pedals
