Here in Santos, CPE means "Centro de Paquera do Embaré"! (Embare Dating Center).

Embaré is a neighborhood of Santos and the CPE, in fact, is a collection of food stands. At the time that earned the nickname, it was only of food and drink trolleys. And singles gathered there to get someone!
