Car livery Editors!!

i would please like to know what other people use to edit their car liveries,, cause i have graphic programs but when im done with my new car graphics i cant put it in the game,, cause my programs cant save the files as 32 bit .Tga,,,

my programs only save it in 24 bit. and when i try put my car in in the game it gives me a error saying,, not a 32bit file(24bit colour)

i mainly use microsoft paint..

I would love to see my car in my game!!!

Please help

most use *paint shop pro* from [www.jasc.com] or *adobe photoshop*.
