I don't see any difference in the Singapore livery !

Sauber are now using a vinyl wrap rather than paint on their car. You can see it most clearly at the back of the engine cover.

There´s a big difference in the Singapore livery, look at the sidepods, in Monza they have the Certina logos, and in Singapore they´re all clean:

Nice work! For some reason I thought the Suzuka livery has been the best one so far for Sauber, maybe I am just a traditionalist :D
