Is it possible to have multiple helmet shapes in one cars.wad file?

If not, does it work for CSM?

Nope, it's not possible at all.

We need madman to come back and make the next version oh GP4 Tweaker... :)

Of course this is possible! You just have to download or make the helmes you want and replace the tex-files in the cars.wad. That should be working, or didn't I get the issue?

He's talking about shapes, not textures ;)

texture are the graphic file (the *.tex file)
shapre are the 3d model of the helmet (the *.gp4 file)

After you can import helmet shape in the car shape but you loose all helmet movement.
