Hi All,

Well, after 4 long years of playing F1 Challenge (I completed seasons 99 through to 2001) I'm finally returning back to GP4 to play a full season of 2002. And I'm really excited about this mod!
The last time I played GP4 would have been the 1995 mod, so it's been a while and I'm hoping it all comes back to me, about how to use CSM.

I'm downloading the mod now and can't wait to test it out tonight!! Screenies look absolutely amazing!

Stay tuned for questions, Hahaha, cos I'm sure I will have some..... Haha. Cheers guys.

The 4th one is ready, coming with 8 different shapes and 12 liveries. See the cars.ini for further info. I hope you won't get the same problem as I, for some reason the combination of the cp_williams textures and the new FW24 screws up my game (see this thread if you should get the problem: [www.grandprixgames.org]). Removing either of them solves the problem, guess what I chose

This one includes rearlight fixes for the Arrows and Jordan, Hega's HD textures for the Toyota, helmets for the Toyota drivers and external steering wheels for Ferrari, Jordan, McLaren and Toyota, Briere's Williams steering wheel, and steering wheels for Sauber, Renault and Jaguar by NickJW, Berger_Fan and Mark Benjamin.

EDIT: It appears this one is the cause of the problem mentioned above, guess I've screwed up somewhere with the stwheel part. If you want to be on the safe side, don't install the Data\Cockpit folder and only the MergeINI.lst of the Settings folder. If you want to risk it, delete the Carsets\F1 2002\Data\Cockpit folder first, forgot that in the readme.

EDIT 2: The steering wheel part should be fixed now.


Make sure to read the readmes of both packages, as you have to delete some old files first.

what the different between the new engin tex and the old one from Jordan? i'm asking, because i don't see any difference
