Very possible and could be an option, although not one I would choose.

Ok, got first 2 (I think), just need the 3rd one (actually I was in a good position in Spa before DNF this year).

About qualify: I think the problem with 1 lap qualy is that changing track condition (or driver errors) make it a lottery. Would it be possible to make 2/3 laps (with 1 qualy lap order) and then take the fastest one?

At least this race had its silver lining!

Unless I'm very much mistaken... I am very much mistaken!
Not the best race ever! Lost some points again to the top 3 of the WDC. But I am still in the race, going to be very difficult if I dont win next race!

Yes guys I understand that it was risky to go for boost on this track with its lack of passing but that doesn't explain why we went backwards

Just bumping this from earlier.

It would certainly make things more interesting in my opinion - what are other people's thoughts on this style of qualifying?

Same drivers, at least if one of them wants to leave One!!!

Carl Turner and Rodrigo Vilela confirmed that Stefan Van Renselaar and Carlos Rodriguez will drive on One Racing with numbers 3 and 4!! "I'm very proud about performance on this season, because we really never imagine that we'll fight for title"!, said Vilela.

A new layout will be revealed on next days. One Racng maintain Audi engines and main sponsors: Coca-Cola, Corona, Telmex, Petronas and Sega.

Remember Rod_vs, the season isn't over yet. Interested in seeing the new livery. Still retaining the green and white? Or will it be a new colour scheme?

Speaking of change, I'm still debating if I should work on a new helmet design for next season when I join SCR, or keep with the current design.

These ideas are all very good, but the problem with them is that you would have to edit the perf file to get the desired starting grid, which obviously is more work. We need to keep it simple.

2/3 lap qualy in the order of 1 lap qualy would take too long and over run the hour slot for the session and I'm not absolutely sure whether it is possible to do.

Just stuck with 40 minutes qualifying and post 22 screenshots of the best times. Qualifying is not that interesting.

My Grand Prix 4 Files

I'm a total dick. How many people can say that?
Decent race for me to finish 8th, too bad Joseph was stuck further back.
Good coverage of the race when not much happened, now onto France.

Khhhhhm, Big Boss, still waiting....
;)
I think a 20-minute session with everybody on track and the usual 12 laps would be interesting. It won't lack action IMO, and it'd simplify the task for the RDs. 22 screenies would do, as Ruben said.

Activity Check

Ladies and gentleman, boys and girls! Welcome all to this weeks edition of The Activity Check!

This time around we have two naughty drivers who have evaded our gaze this week and they are:

Josh Copeman (Team Shadow Mercedes) - Last Active: June 08, 2013 (3rd Warning)
Connor Steer (Snake Motorsports) - Last Active: June 22, 2013 (1st Warning)

As this is Mr Copeman's third warning he will be evicted from the series forthwith!

Tune next time on July 23rd for more evasive actions.

Had a look at the championship standings on the old format. Oh how I'd love that old points format to be working right now.. ;)
Rumour mill goes up a notch

Rumours are rife in the paddock that Monil Santilal has been offered a race drive at a midfield team for Season 9.

After a strong run of finishes for the Portuguese in the Austrian and Monaco SuperLeague events, he is once again in the limelight.

Speaking during a sponsor event for Martini Paddock Racing, "I'm not sure where these rumours have surfaced from but at this current moment in time, I'm contracted with MPR."

It has yet to be determined which team he would go to if this rumour were to be true as seats set to remain the same in the midfield next season.
