RealGPx is down

Reason is simple : We got hacked 3 times in 3 days...
some simple code injection in main files (htaccess, index and such).

So for now on, RealGPx won't be available until we find a way to protect our site from such threats...
Like I wrote on RealGPx after the first hack : I still wonder why someone is hacking a small site like ours, but if it's a newbie hacker looking for an easy prey... This is such a nonsense to me...

In most cases these are not attacks targeted specifically by someone, but rather bots crawling the web looking for vulnerable sites to compromize.
Anyway, it's a pity it happens. I hope you have a good backup. All running software is up to date?

Nothing is lost, all the files are still there, only the forum as an interface is broken.
Yep, Duffer installed latest Simple Machine update a few weeks ago.

And the great shadow and lightning tutorial? Is it still available anywhere?

I have all the database on my hard drive and i work to reinstall the forum or i don't know if i'll go to return on phpbb.

@klausfeldmann : It's safe. either on the ftp and on my computer. It's just not available for a few hours/days (I don't hope weeks)

You can re-access to realgpx. At this time, i downgrade the forum. In the past we haven't got any problem with the old version.
