My Grand Prix 4 Files
I'm a total dick. How many people can say that?

I did a first test and figured out a small problem with the Oran Park pitlane. In qualifying this happend:

The Brazilian car somehow got stucked and couldn't return into pits after the first run.


Also it block the other cars who wanted to go out on the second run


In a second run I did it almost happened to the USA car. It managed to get back, but it took a while.


@Connor: I'd need the perf file for the first round

No worries, Ruben has sent me a .dat which doesn't cause this problem


Quali has been run and will be up tomorrow. And before someone worries, I've seen and corrected the wrong failure rate for team#08

Round 1 - Australian Grand Prix - Qualifying

Hello and welcome everybody here at the Oran Park Raceway in Australia to the qualifying for the first Round of the new Season. Reingning champion Markus Aspenström will for sure try to start this season the same way as last, but I'm sure he will be exposed to intense competition. The grid has seen some changes during the off season, with Switzerland, the season 1 champion, Wales, England and Romania leaving and Fiji, Monaco, Great Britain and Spain entering the Nations Cup.

Taytoh is the first man on track and takes the provisional pole


That didn't last long, de Boer smashes that time


Silvestre half a second back, but he was also blocked a bit by Silva who just starts his flying lap


Johnson with a good lap puts himself in second


Grimaldi and the new formed Team Monaco in 4th


Kederer goes fastest!


2nd place for Kamikaze


And Domenech gets very close to pole


Edvardsen 2 tenths back, that's 4th for the moment


Alvarez beats Domenech's time, but not the pole time


6th place for Cauncaunibuca


8th position for Brunner, the new driver of team Austria


But not for long as Paddock steals his place


Vilela in 9th between the two of them


Tafuro now grabs 4th place


Girard now in 8th


Aspenström in 2nd now with exactly the same laptime as Kederer


And what a lap by McGregor! Provisional pole by almost 2 tenths


Allington 4 tenths behind that time but only in 11th. It's really close today


Vukcevic won't be happy with this lap, only 17th


Silva settles into 8th for his first run


6th place for Nikolov


Everyone has done their first runs, and this are the current standings






Johnson with a mayor improvement jumps into 9th place


Taytoh gives away last position to Grimaldi and is now in 16th


Slight improvement in time, but big in position for de Boer


From 17th to 6th for Brunner


And Silvestre sets a new best time!


Tafuro up two places now in 5th


Seconds runs completed, but not that much movement in the standings






Johnson improves again, but not as much as in his previous run


Allington only two thousandths faster than his lap before, but that brings him up two places


Vukcevic goes faster but stays in last


Small improvement for Aspenström


Alvarez jumps up in 4th now


A good lap by Vilela, that puts him in 11th


Here are the standings with 3 runs completed






From 14th to 10th for Silva


Edvardsen stays in 15th


Allington too improves his time, but not his position


Aspenström goes faster again, but he's still in 3rd


Grimaldi speeds up and is now in 16th


10th place for Silva now


Nikolov jumps up two places


Taytoh still struggling at the back of the field


Kederer now with the big improvement of 0.001 seconds


Vukcevic leaves the last position


And nobody is able to improve after him, so here are the final standings
