Sorry ;)

The race has been run and won. There were lots of actions caught by our cameras. Lots of dramas too.
There was one retirement and six cars were lapped, what gives us a serious traffic jam at the end of the race.

Video editing is on its way. It will take time, I ran out of tapes and the store is closed right now.

Excellent first pole of the season for Team USA - It couldn't have been in a better place! :D

GPGSL -
GPGSL-3 - Pizza Party Racing manager and driver
Nations Cup - Team Scotland manager
Well, 7th isnt what we expected

After this race, I will have a small announcement to make.

GPGSL: S6 - TafuroGP Tester (14th) /// S7 - ART Tester (6th) /// S8 - Demon Driver (13th) /// S9 - Demon/Snake Driver (13th) /// S10 - Snake Driver (???) ///]
"My ambition is handicapped by laziness" - Charles Bukowski
10th is not what we all expected. However, we can still fight for top 5 finish.
Can't say if I'm satisfied with this qualy (I don't even remember how much boost I used!)

Very decent qualify, hope to gain places in the race though!!

If you are racing, keep on racing and get some points!

GPG Super League Season 9 Testers Champion*
Whilst we wait for Eric to sort out the coverage, figured I would take this opportunity to let everyone know that the GPGNC will also be upgrading to GPxPatch 4.21 for the next round. So we will be getting both digital 2010 and flags which work quite nicely as the teams are nations! Ruben and maikel are currently working on something for both the nations cup and the GPGSL, but until that's ready I've got the basics set up and working. Also have a couple of ideas based on the flags so hopefully things will look better! Until that point I would ask that if anyone has a specific 3 letter code for their team they want to use let me know. Generally the codes are the same as in the Olympics, but there are a few I was unsure of ie GER or DEU and NED or NLD.

What track were the screens taken on?

The screenshot actually has signage saying the track name, on two seperate trackside markers....

GPGSL Team Owner Debut - Melbourne, Season 8 - present
GPGSL Test Debut - Hungary, Season 4. GPGSL Race Debut - Adelaide, Season 5.
Video has been edited. :-)
My apologies, it took me ages because I tried to keep actions as more as I could and it ends in a complete and long, long video editing process.

Unfortunately I'm facing now an issue in the rendering process that leads to a crash of kdenlive. I don't have a clue how to fix it at the moment, and probably will do the rendering at my office's computer, which has quite the same config than mine here at home, if I don't find how to fix it 'till monday.

Sorry for the delay.

Later today there will be a small update of the csm mod with Lo2k's rev counter and race specific boost gauge:

Fantastic work with the mod Ruben! Just given it a test drive and it looks really good with the new overlays! Unfortunately due to the fact my screen is 1280x1024 a lot of the stuff conflicts with eachother at the bottom (the track map is set at a 1700 X coord so wasn't even on the screen! ;)), but i'll sort that stuff out to fit my personal needs. Great work though :)

I have a 1920x1080 resolution, that's why the track map is so far to the right. With lower resolutions the track map will be sadly outside the screen, that's right.

Great job on the update Ruben :). You could place the trackmap in the top right corner with coordinates -1;0. This way it would be visible for all resolutions.

Can you tell me which track this is in this screen?

I've been trying to work out the exact same thing ;)

And i've managed to fix the track map quickly and also removed the LG logo as that was conflicting with the gap display.
The two issues i'm left with are:
1. "Car x has retired from the race" is covered by the GPGNC logo
2. "Car x in pit lane" crosses both the pit time display and driver name with flag display

I changed it, thanks for the tip.

It's a fantasy track based on the former Belgian F1 track Nivelles-Baulers which today is for a great part demolished. :(

Could you post some screens with the conflicts? With the digital 2010 tv style I only replaced the F1 logo with the GPGNC logo, not any coordinates of the panels.

As many other great tracks of the past, unfortunately :(. I loved this track in GP3, and looking at the layout, your fantasy version seems to be very exciting too :)
